New Market Tax Credits
New Market Tax Credits provide private investors (e.g. banks, insurance companies, corporations and individuals) with Federal Income Tax Credits for new investments in eligible businesses, ranging from small business startups, existing business expansions and real estate development. We have several organizations that can facilitate the NMTC process for eligible businesses seeking funding through NMTC investments.
Communities in Grant County that are eligible for NMTC assistance are: Boscobel, Cassville, Fennimore, Livingston, Montfort, and Muscoda.
