The city-owned industrial park has 45 acres that are fully developed with underground water, sewer, and electric service to the property line. All streets have curb and gutter and are paved with asphalt cement bituminous pavement.
Fennimore known as "the crossroads of Grant County", is conveniently located at the intersections of US Hwys 18 and 61. This provides direct and convenient access to prime markets and suppliers.
Fennimore has an excellent school system and is also the home of Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. SWTC offers ongoing training for your employees and can develop customized training for specific business or industrial needs.
Our locally operated municipal utility offers highly competitive rates for sewer, water and electrical services that can save you substantial operating dollars. Fennimore is the only community in Grant County that owns their own diesel operated electric generators that provide continuous stand-by electricity. In the case of an emergency there is adequate electric service to cover all customers.
