The wind-powered turbines along Hwy 18 can be seen for miles and draw many tourists to the Montfort area. Visitors also frequently stop at the Rural Route 1 Popcorn retail store. Muscoda

The largest city in Grant County, Platteville is home to UW-Platteville.
