Dickeyville Wisconsin Community Information
The agricultural community of Dickeyville, Wisconsin, was founded in the late 1840s and has a population of 1051. Located near the junction of US Highways 61 and 151, trucks have easy access to the local businesses. Many of the local residents work and shop in nearby Dubuque Iowa.

Tourism and Things to Do
The largest tourism attraction in the Dickeyville area is The Grotto. A religious and patriotic wonder made of stone, mortar and millions of pieces of colored glass, gems, stalactites and more, built by Father Matthias Wernerus, a Catholic Priest, between 1925-1930. The Grotto is located on the grounds of Holy Ghost Catholic Church and is open year-round. Visitors to the area enjoy area hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and other outdoor recreational activities.
