Southwest Tech Farm to Tech Table Progressive Dinner
Southwest Tech is hosting its first ever “Farm to Tech Table” progressive dinner on Saturday, September 15th. This unique culinary experience will allow guests to see and experience different aspects of campus all while dining on fresh, local food prepared by our Culinary instructors, students and alumni.
The menu will feature a variety of food including SWTC Inspired brat sliders, homegrown roasted cobbettes, beef tenderloin blanketed by a red wine and mushroom reduction, bacon roasted brussel sprouts and three different choices of dessert. The evening will also include local wine and beer, along with coffee, milk and strawberry infused water.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Southwest Tech Charger Cupboard Food Pantry and Culinary Scholarship Fund.
